Legal Practice 

Lovania joined 5 St James Court upon being called to the Mauritian Bar in September 2022.

Lovania practices across a whole range of areas of law in line with Chambers profile. 

She has, since joining Chambers, appeared before the District Courts, the Intermediate Court and the Supreme Court. She accepts instructions as sole counsel for District and Intermediate Court matters. 

She has assisted outside Chambers on various corporate and commercial transactions and tax cases at the level of the Assessment Review Committee.
