Legal Practice 

Bhavesh joined 5 St James Court in June 2021. Bhavesh practices across a whole range of areas of law in line with Chambers profile. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, the Intermediate Court, the Industrial Court and District Courts. Bhavesh also assists clients for Disciplinary Committees, Police Enquiries and Bail Motions. Bhavesh often advises on Intellectual Property matters. Bhavesh accepts briefs as sole counsel in all areas of the Chamber’s profile.

OTHER 

Bhavesh is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and the Mauritius Bar Association. He is also an ADR-ODR International Accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator.
