LEGAL PRACTICE
 

Mathieu joined 5 St James Court in September 2018. By the time Mathieu joined Chambers, he had developed, and continues to develop, a mixed practice ranging from court appearances to advisory and transactional work. Mathieu has also developed skills in assisting clients at Police enquiries and conducting bail motions. Mathieu has also acquired overseas experience in Melbourne, Autralia, working in Conveyancing, Torts, Dispute Resolution, Legal Writing and Preparation of Wills. 

OTHER

Mathieu is a handball player since 2010 and has competed in Mauritius, England and Australia. He is a four-times Mauritian National Handball Champion and has played several competitions in the Indian Ocean.
